We ship UPS for most orders and currently ship only within the United States; however, we can ship to Canada and Mexico upon request. Whenever possible, we package and ship your order with sturdy recycled materials to reduce waste. Shipping and processing costs are noted in the table below.
We appreciate your order and make every effort to ship your purchases at once. Most items will ship within 5 business days of receipt of the order; in most cases, much sooner. Some items that are shipped directly from our suppliers may take slightly longer, in which case we will notify you right away.
At The Sweet Unfolding, we want you to love the items you purchase from us. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns of unopened items in original packaging are accepted within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. All sale items are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Sales are final for all jewelry, custom and/or personalized items. You will be credited or refunded for the actual purchase price, less shipping costs incurred, of returned items. Any promotional codes that were applied toward the original purchase will not be credited and will be not be valid toward exchanges. If you received free shipping on an order which you are returning, we regret that we must deduct these shipping costs from any refund or exchange credit. Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us via e-mail prior to returning your items. We will issue you a return number authorizing your return or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping charges. If your order was damaged when you received it, please contact us immediately by e-mail or by calling 888.637.1145 and we will quickly process your claim and/or send you a replacement. The Sweet Unfolding must be contacted about any damaged goods within 3 days of your receipt of the shipment. Please keep all of your shipment's original packing materials as our shipping carrier requires an inspection in the event of a damage claim. |
