Are all your products environmentally friendly?
Not at this time. The majority of our products have some socially conscious aspect to them, whether they are truly earth-friendly in the sense that they're made with environmentally friendly materials and processes or they're gentler to the earth through well-regulated, ethical manufacturing processes, use of recyclable materials, etc. We look forward to the day when we can offer only earth-friendly products, but for now the selection is somewhat limited. We are always looking for high-quality recycled, organic, natural, ethically made, or fairly traded products to add to our collection. As more companies create products that support these issues we will continue to bring you the best earth-friendly and people-sensitive products.

Do you have a print catalog?
No. As a socially conscious company, we're trying to cut down on how much paper we use. You can find all of our products online. If you're looking for something in particular that you don't see, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help you find it.

Can I place my order by phone rather than online?
Of course! Just give us a call at 888.637.1145 between 10 am and 6 pm (Central) Monday through Friday and we'll be happy to help you. If you call after our office hours, you can leave us a message and we'll call you back the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within the United States for orders placed online; however, if you're from outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, simply e-mail us. We'll calculate the actual shipping costs for you and process your order individually. Just get in touch with us and we'll work out the details with you.

Will I receive an e-mail confirming my order?
Yes, we always send an e-mail confirmation along with an e-receipt for your purchase.

Will I receive an e-mail when my order has shipped?
Yes, indeed!

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders 7 days a week. Most orders take between 2 and 5 days to process before shipment. Because some products are handmade or customized, certain items might require additional processing time. In this case, the additional processing time will be noted on the individual product pages.

Orders are shipped UPS Ground. If you need your order more quickly, please e-mail us and we can arrange for expedited shipping at additional cost. Once orders are shipped, the time in transit is the responsibility of UPS. For more information you can also review our shipping policy.

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?
We want you to love the items you purchase from The Sweet Unfolding. If you're unsatisfied, most items can be exchanged, returned for credit, or returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Some exceptions apply, including jewelry, sale items, and custom items. You must contact us before returning an item so we can authorize the return and issue you a return number. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
